7Pad 2.4.3 performance update

Just released 7Pad 2.4.3 with little front-end updates :

Network parameter to change midi-fi server IP connection port. Parameter to switch between sending PGM change or Midi-cc from the sound control panel.

The most benefit part of update is under the wood with all android support library and externals updated.
